  • Webhook Configuration: When you configure a webhook, you provide us with the URL of the endpoint to which we will send data from your queues.

When you interact with our Service, we may collect certain information automatically, including:

  • Usage Data: Information on how you use our Service, such as the types of API requests you make (e.g., GET, SET, DELETE, PUSH, POP), webhook delivery attempts and their outcomes, the time and date of requests, and error reports.
  • Log Data: Information that your browser or client sends automatically. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies solely to provide core Service functionality, such as maintaining your session after you log in (so you don't have to re-enter your credentials on every page). We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain our Service: To create and manage your account, authenticate you as a user, grant you access to the API, process your data in queues, and deliver data to your configured webhook endpoints.

  • To Your Webhook Endpoints: As a core feature of the Service, we will transmit User Data from your queues to the webhook URLs you provide. This sharing of information is initiated and configured by you, and you are solely responsible for the security and privacy practices of these third-party endpoints.
  • Service Providers: We may engage third-party companies to provide infrastructure services (e.g., hosting providers). These companies will have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or other governmental request.

5. Data Security

We take commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In particular, we use encryption (SSL/TLS) for data transmission and hashing for storing passwords. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
